Hi-Temp 1200 is the next generation single – component inert multipolymeric matrix coating that outperforms alternatives in combating corrosion under insulation (CUI) and in high heat application. It is recognized by NACE Standard SP0198-CS5 & SS6 to reduce operational disruption – online hot application -165°C to 650°C. Required and use by the highest product performance portfolio in the corrosive environment.
It is of vital importance for the safety of Refinery and Petrochemical process vessels and transfer lines to avoid excessive heat. Overheating usually occurs due to damage on the inside of the equipment – example by failure of the refractory lining or insulated pipes or vessels), which
cannot be controlled or detected. Depending on the application and the temperature limits
admissible, PWD Engineering recommends relatively simple and cost-effective solution by using Active Visual Inspection by looking at the color changed to detect damage of the inside of the
equipment/vessels/pipes.

Good Deck A70 is a three-component advanced self-leveling Epoxy composite coating. It is 70% lighter than conventional Self Leveling Epoxy in the market and is best uses is to mitigate water ponding on metal deck at Offshore structures. Good Deck A70 is an advance epoxy floor coating that provides a durable, low maintenance flooring coating at Offshore. Besides, it can be used to solve uneven or water ponding issue, pitted deck surfaces It can create a smooth, seamless surfaces, as the epoxy coating is been trowel onto the floor. Good Deck A70 can be applied from thicknesses of 5mm to 50mm in uneven metal deck surfaces to mitigate water ponding issues.
